This message is based on The Book of James, Chapter 5, verses 13-20. No matter who you are, the need for healing is something to which we can all relate. This passage challenges us to put our faith in God for all sorts of healing, and to participate in God's healing of others. I'd greatly appreciate any thoughts, comments, or questions in response to this passage or message. May God bless you with great faith and a life filled with prayer. Please feel free to leave comments and reflections.

I am glad to get some clarification on the issue of confession of sins. This passage helps us see that even though we don't practice having confession we should still be confessing sins to each other so God can use us to heal others.
ReplyDeleteSo true. I think part of why we are encouraged to confess our sins to each other is the submission that demonstrates...it takes some humility. It also submits the need to God's people, the Church, which God has chosen to use and work through in this world. Thanks for your comment.
